Credo Pump Fire Drill – Reinforcing the Safety Line & Safeguarding Employees and Production

Safety is the cornerstone of Credo Pump’s development and our most solemn commitment to every employee. To continuously strengthen safety awareness, enhance emergency response capabilities, and ensure smooth, orderly production operations, Credo Pump recently held specialized workplace safety training and a company-wide fire emergency drill. Deepening Safety Concepts, Elevating Expertise – Specialized Workplace Safety Training

·Focus: The training specifically targeted production line staff and relevant managers, addressing risks pertinent to Credo Pump’s actual production environment and equipment operations.

·Comprehensive Content: Our Production Head delivered an in-depth session covering:

. Identification of common hazards and critical points for uncovering hidden risks on the production floor.

. Safe operating procedures and protective measures for machinery and equipment.

. Electrical safety standards and knowledge for preventing electric shock.

. Safe management and usage of hazardous chemicals (e.g., lubricants, cleaning agents).

. Emergency response procedures and incident reporting mechanisms.

· Practical Application: Combining real case studies and interactive Q&A, the training ensured participants could understand, retain, and apply the knowledge. This effectively enhanced safety expertise and risk prevention awareness within the production process. Attendees found the content “highly relevant” and “very practical,” noting it provided clearer guidelines for safe daily operations and heightened their sense of responsibility.

Building Life-Saving Defenses, Honing Practical Skills – Company-Wide Fire Emergency Drill

· Full Participation: Unlike the targeted training, this fire drill required participation from all employees (including Admin, Support, Sales, Tech, etc.), embodying the principle that “everyone is a safety officer.”

·Realistic Simulation:The drill simulated a “fire outbreak” scenario in the office area/production workshop. When the alarm sounded:

. The Emergency Command Center rapidly activated the response plan to coordinate actions.

. Area safety officers immediately organized personnel to evacuate quickly and orderly along designated routes to safe assembly points.

. Members of the In-House Fire Squad responded swiftly, donned gear, and demonstrated initial fire suppression using fire extinguishers and fire hydrants.

. The Medical Rescue Group simulated casualty care procedures.

·Hands-On Skills:Following the drill, Credo Pump’s Safety Officer demonstrated the correct use of fire extinguishers and hydrants. Employee representatives then participated in hands-on practice, ensuring that “everyone can operate firefighting equipment” effectively when needed.

·Significant Impact:The drill successfully tested the feasibility and effectiveness of the company’s fire emergency plan. It significantly enhanced all employees’ fire prevention awareness, emergency evacuation skills, and coordinated response capabilities, achieving a true integration of “Prevention” and “Response.”
